Nevertheless, although the handle is made of plastic, the hand shower is very high-quality and wonderfully crafted. I had dropped a similar hand shower. It was heavier because it had a ceramic handle and therefore didn't hold as well in the holder on the shower rod. This problem doesn't exist here, as the handle is more angled and the hand shower is also nicely lightweight. I am fully satisfied.
