For a person of normal strength, it is virtually impossible to press the lever when dealing with water pressure – behind the back and with one hand. When addressed about this, customer service initially said I could shorten the spring a bit, but then admitted their mistake and suggested I could return the item – provided the "hygiene seal" is still intact. This is paradoxical, because as soon as you actually get the water running with two hands, there's not much left of the "seal" (an annoying strip of adhesive). Could it be that this is just a trick to avoid taking the part back? After all, it's not intended for oral hygiene... But the metal and chrome are great, and once you finally master using it with two hands with a bit of practice, the part is a real eye-catcher in the bathroom. And it has a beautiful spray. Two stars for that. Otherwise: I will keep searching.

very good workmanship from solid material, soft non-conical beam without dripping and splashing, the only "drawback" is perhaps the high pressure resistance on the operating lever, but for that there is no dripping, as with cheap plastic imitations.
