4-Hole Bathtub Faucet, SquareI had to replace a defective tub rim faucet and didn't necessarily want to spend €1,000. Of course, it was important that I could replace the faucet 1:1 without major modifications. I will briefly summarize my experiences here. + Very good telephone consultation from the company Paul Gurkes / Mr. Manusch + The faucet comes very well packaged, all parts in bags and additionally protected with bubble wrap. + After installation, there are actually no complaints - There is no CoC (Certificate of Conformity) that confirms the faucet meets all German regulations. The installer I trust (for 20 years) already had concerns. - The labeling on the diverter is meaningless because it is wrong! - From the diverter, the connections go off in all sorts of directions, which means that the installation plate with the faucets is extremely difficult to install. Very big problem. Why don't the hose connections all go downwards, which would make installation significantly easier. - A dimension drawing is missing, which in our case led to the diverter hitting the spout. Or you have to install it so that the end positions are at 45° each. But that doesn't look particularly good, of course. A proper dimension drawing is essential; otherwise, you don't know if what you ordered actually fits. A dimension drawing is an absolute MUST! - The included installation drawing is for a different faucet; although it says "For illustration only", that doesn't make things any better. - On the two levers, the curves are on the left, on the spout on the right; this has no functional significance but looks bad. - The inlet hoses are very short at 38 cm. Overall, the quality is okay, but the design is poorly thought out and usable documentation is missing.

Ich fasse meine Erfahrungen hier kurz zusammen. + Sehr gute telefonische Beratung durch die Fa. Paul Gurkes / Herrn Manusch+ Die Armatur kommt sehr gut verpackt, alle Teile in Beuteln und mit Luftpolsterfolie zusätzlich geschützt.+ Nach erfolgtem Einbau gibt es eigentlich keine Beanstandungen- Es gibt kein CoC (Certificate of Conformity) das bestätigt, dass die Armatur alle deutschen Vorschriften erfüllt. Der Installateur meines Vertrauens (seit 20 Jahren) hat da schon Bedenken gehabt.- Die Beschriftung auf dem Umschalter ist sinnlos weil falsch!- Vom Umschalter gehen die Anschlüsse in alle möglichen Richtungen ab, das führt dazu, dass sich die Einbauplatte mit den Armaturen nur extrem schwer installieren lässt. Sehr großes Problem. Warum gehen die Schlauchanschlüsse nicht alle nach unten ab, dadurch wäre der Einbau erheblich einfacher. - Es fehlt eine Maßzeichnung, das hat bei uns dazu geführt, dass der Umschalter am Auslauf anschlägt. Oder man muss so einbauen, dass die Endstellungen bei jeweils 45° liegen. Aber das sieht natürlich nicht besonders gut aus. Eine ordentliche Maßzeichnung ist unverzichtbar, man weiß sonst nicht, ob das was man bestellt auch wirklich passt. Maßzeichnung ist ein absolutes MUSS!- Die mitgelieferte Einbauzeichnung ist für eine andere Armatur, es steht zwar drauf „Nur zur Veranschaulichung“, das macht die Sache aber nicht besser. - An den beiden Hebeln sind die Rundungen links, am Auslauf rechts, ist funktional ohne Bedeutung, sieht aber schlecht aus. - Die Zulaufschläuche sind mit 38 cm sehr kurz.Insgesamt ist die Qualität In Ordnung, das Design ist aber wenig durchdacht und eine brauchbare Dokumentation fehlt.
