Wichtiger Endkundenhinweis: Die Absperrung an der Handbrause dient nur der kurzzeitigen Unterbrechung. Nach der Nutzung muss die Duscharmatur zwingend geschlossen werden, um den Brauseschlauch vom Leitungsdruck zu entlasten.Important End User Notice: The shut-off on the hand shower is only for a brief interruption. After use, the shower valve must be closed to relieve the shower hose from the line pressure.

2. Trinkwasserschutz & Absicherung Bidet-Anlagen erfordern den Schutz vor gesundheitsgefährdendem Wasser (Flüssigkeitskategorie 5 nach DIN EN 1717). Folgende Sicherungsmaßnahmen sind zwingend erforderlich:2. Drinking Water Protection & Safety Bidet systems require protection against hazardous water (fluid category 5 according to DIN EN 1717). The following safety measures are mandatory:
Prevention of Cross-Flow (Overflow)
Vermeidung von Fehlzirkulation (Überströmen): Ist die Armatur geöffnet, der Wasserfluss aber an der Handbrause blockiert, stehen Kalt- und Warmwasser im Mischergehäuse in direkter Verbindung. Um ein Überströmen zwischen den Netzleitungen bei Druckschwankungen zu verhindern, müssen Rückflussverhinderer (RV) an den Kalt- und Warmwasserzuläufen installiert werden.Prevention of Cross-Flow (Overflow): If the fitting is open, but the water flow is blocked at the hand shower, cold and hot water are in direct connection in the mixing housing. To prevent overflow between the mains pipes in case of pressure fluctuations, check valves (RV) must be installed on the cold and hot water inlets.
Protection against Backflow
Schutz vor Rückfließen: Die hier verwendete Duscharmatur ist nicht eigensicher. Sie verfügt über keine integrierte Vorrichtung gegen das Rücksaugen von Schmutzwasser bei Unterdruck. Sichern Sie die Zuleitungen zwingend durch eine geeignete externe Sicherungseinheit ab (i. d. R. 3. Bauliche Empfehlung: Bodenablauf Ein Brauseschlauch, der zeitweise unter vollem Netzdruck steht, stellt bei Fehlbedienung (Armatur wird nicht geschlossen) oder Materialermüdung ein Risiko dar. Wir empfehlen dringend die Installation eines Bodenablaufs im Bereich des Bidets, um im Schadensfall austretendes Wasser sicher abzuleiten und schwere Gebäudeschäden zu vermeiden.3. Structural Recommendation: Floor Drain A shower hose that is temporarily under full mains pressure poses a risk if misused (fitting is not closed) or due to material fatigue. We strongly recommend installing a floor drain in the area of the bidet to safely drain escaping water in the event of damage and to avoid serious structural damage.
