We have been using this bidet shower for 3 years now and can only recommend it with reservations. To operate the button on the showerhead, you really have to press very hard. This and the shape of the button are so impractical/uncomfortable that we do not use the shower for intimate hygiene! The force and pressure spoil the use.
The cartridge is not particularly durable - we (and acquaintances too) had to replace it after just under two years, after the original cartridge caused water damage due to leakage.
