The fitting arrived well packaged and gives a solid impression. The color on the base is slightly darker (porcelain in cream?). The other two parts are white (plastic?). An included 11mm (hollow) socket wrench or at least prior notice of its necessity would have even made installation on the same day possible :-).

Our feedback: Hallo Herr Lippold, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Der Sockel ist aus Keramik und hat eine leicht andere Farbe, als der Griff. Der Griff ist jedoch auch aus Keramik, selbstverständlich kein Kunststoff. Produktionsbedingt ist dieses leider nicht anders möglich, da die Keramikteile aus verschiedenen Produktionsstätten kommen.
