After almost 30 years of use, our kitchen faucet has given up the ghost. We reordered the same one because we are very satisfied with the quality and use of this indispensable part for the kitchen.

Beautiful, high-quality faucet. Note: I previously had two identical faucets from Steinberg in operation. The construction of the upper (arm) faucet corresponds to the first generation of Steinberg and carries a risk: the internal screw grips flat and not really power-locked onto the grooves of the valve's knurl. With constant use, the overlying lever will inevitably loosen, and due to unavoidable tightening of the lever and the internal screw, there is a risk that the knurl will flatten over time, and then nothing will hold there at all; I experienced this at the time. A pointed screw and a groove milled into the knurl for its reception (unfortunately, there is little material available horizontally) or a recess could mitigate the problem.
