I ordered a set (bathtub faucet + handset), which is sold as a complete set. Upon receipt, it turned out that both items have distinctly different shades – the handset has white ceramic, and the remaining parts are beige. The difference is visible to the naked eye. In response to my complaint, the store replied that "they have been selling it for 20 years and no one has had a problem with it." Customer service leaves much to be desired.
