The design is very appealing to me. Regarding the quality, I deducted one star because the diverter faucet/shower is too easy to turn and the showerhead unfortunately cannot quite click into place (the receptacle for it is a bit too small). Nevertheless, a recommendable product. I would like to positively highlight the telephone and written communication. In my case, it worked very well. Thank you very much.

The faucet is pleasantly heavy and looks very elegant. The hot and cold knobs and the lever are easy and precise to operate. The high quality is also noticeable here. The water outlet from the showerhead and spout is well-dosed, strong, yet soft without splashing. The product has exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely delighted!
